Ongoing support and accountability
We meet each month to reflect on the changes you’ve made. My coaching approach is a therapeutic one, with an emphasis on building your confidence, untangling old unhelpful narratives, and empowering you to feel competent and in control. I’ll suggest next steps and encourage you to complete tasks between sessions.
There’s no set length for financial coaching with me, but on average my clients are ready to step away from regular coaching after about six months. That’s why I’ve created a six-month coaching package, with a monthly payment plan, no penalty for cancelling, and the option to add extra sessions if you want to continue. It's a beautiful balance between automation (so you're always reminded to book your next session) and flexibility (because scheduling isn't always straightforward in your busy life).
You’ll start financial experiencing wins from our first conversation, but it’s after a couple of sessions that the magic really shows up. That’s when you’ll suddenly realise that you no longer see yourself as being “bad with money”. You’re not lying awake at night worrying. You even enjoy looking at your bank account now.
